THE FINE PRINT 2. Registration is on a “first-come, first-paid” basis. Prices are fixed. Full payment must be made at the time of reservation. Please do not place your Party Book volunteers in an awkward position by asking them to “hold” party space without payment. 3. While it is possible to purchase all spots for a single event, our goal is to encourage SBMS families to get to know one another and sign up for a variety of parties. And, of course, friends of SBMS families are always welcome to participate! 4. Be aware that parties may sell out quickly, at which point a waiting list will be created. 5. All sales are final. If you buy a reservation for a party and later discover that you cannot attend no refunds on your donation will be made. 6. Several weeks prior to the actual party date, guests will receive invitations with pertinent information – maps, directions, special details, etc. – by the party host. 7.
